Very solidly constructed of stainless steel, and polished to a mirror shine, this pizza wheel has a commanding presence. It's hard to imagine even a tough pizza or focaccia crust putting up much of a fight when this blade comes rolling along. The handle has stay-cool, ergonomic features, as well as a hole for convenient hanging storage.

This is my favorite pizza cutter to date. It came with my baking stone. It is sharp and heavy -- it's hefty enough to slice through thick pizzas with minimum effort. I thought all pizza cutters were alike until I got this one. I can really feel the difference in quality.
