This pan is nice for non-stick. It probably rates up there with Farberware brand. I love cooking in it. The only complaint I have is that the first time it was used (granted it was my husband breaking it in) is that a bit of the underside of the plastic handle browned. (He may have been cooking a little too hot on our gas stove.) The thing is that I think a good pan should stand up to that. We do not use non-stick pans often because the health risks are there with the chemical coating. But every once in a while, you just want to have it easy. If you just need one pan, this is a great size.
